These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into between you and Saabrown Limited, trading as “SaaBrown” (“we,” “us,” “our”), an importer, exporter and supplier of fasteners, hardware and construction materials based in Accra, Ghana. By browsing this website, submitting a quote request, or uploading a Bill of Quantities (BOQ), you accept these Terms in full.

This page is provided to give you a clear, general understanding of how our website and quote-request service work. It is for informational purposes and isn’t a substitute for independent legal advice.

SaaBrown’s website is a product catalog and quote-request tool. There is no online checkout, no payment processing, and no user accounts anywhere on this site. Browsing products, adding items to your quote cart, and submitting a quote or bulk-quote request are all free, non-binding actions.

Every order is arranged offline: once you submit a request, our team follows up directly by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm pricing, availability and delivery before any sale is agreed.

Our catalog primarily serves contractors, tradespeople and businesses procuring fasteners, hardware and construction materials in Ghana, though individual enquiries are equally welcome. If you are submitting a request on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You agree to provide accurate contact details — name, phone number and email address — when submitting any form, so that our team can reach you with a response.

Product names, descriptions, sizes, materials and images shown on the site are indicative only. Prices are not published online and are given only in a quote. Photography may represent a product category rather than the exact batch or finish ultimately supplied.

Actual pricing, stock levels and lead times are confirmed only once our team has reviewed your submitted quote request — we make reasonable efforts to keep the catalog accurate, but we do not guarantee that every listing reflects current stock at all times.

Adding products to your quote cart and submitting the quote or bulk-quote (Bill of Quantities) form is a non-binding enquiry — not a purchase order and not an offer we are obligated to accept. No payment is collected at this stage.

A sale is only confirmed once price, quantity and delivery terms have been separately agreed between you and our team following your submission. Quotes we provide are valid for a limited period, which will be communicated to you directly.

Our bulk-quote form lets you attach photos, drawings or Bill of Quantities documents to help us price your order. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any file you upload, and that it is free of malicious content.

We reserve the right to reject, ignore or request a replacement for any file that is unreadable, irrelevant, unreasonably large, or that we reasonably suspect to be unsafe.

Once pricing is agreed, payment instructions and delivery or collection arrangements are communicated to you directly by our team — outside of this website. The site itself never collects payment details or card information at any point.

All content on this site — including text, the “SaaBrown” name and logo, product photography and page layout — is owned by or licensed to Saabrown Limited and protected under applicable Ghanaian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise commercially reuse this content without our prior written permission.

When using this site, you agree not to: submit fraudulent or deliberately inaccurate quote requests; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website; scrape or harvest the catalog for a competing commercial purpose; or send abusive, spam or harassing messages through our WhatsApp or email contact channels.

We reserve the right to decline to respond to, or block, anyone who violates these expectations.

Our site links out to and relies on third-party platforms — including our WhatsApp Business chat button, standard email and telephone, and Google Maps for directions. These platforms are operated by third parties and governed by their own separate terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind beyond what Ghanaian law requires. Catalog descriptions are not engineering or technical-suitability advice — you are responsible for confirming that a fastener, material or hardware item is appropriate for your specific structural or construction use, consulting a qualified engineer where needed.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Ghana, our liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website is limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saabrown Limited, its directors and staff against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information or files.

Any personal data you submit through our forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first raise it informally using the contact details below so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change accordingly, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under Ghanaian law, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms form the entire agreement governing your use of this website, separate from any sale contract for goods later agreed between you and SaaBrown.
