Bulk order questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Send whatever you need. Larger quantities simply get better rates.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within one business day. Long BOQs can take a little longer, and we will tell you when to expect the full quote.
Can you hold stock or deliver in stages?
Yes. Tell us your project schedule and we can plan staged deliveries so you are not storing everything on site at once.
Do you handle repeat orders?
Yes. Choose "Recurring / scheduled deliveries" on the form and we will set up a standing order with agreed terms.
What if I am not sure of the specs?
Send a photo, a sample description or the drawing. Our team will help with size, grade and finish. The fastener guides are a good place to start too.
Can you source items that are not in the catalog?
Often, yes. List them with the rest of your order and we will tell you what we can get and when.
